Dear Friends, On behalf of the Scott Haug Foundation Board, I would like to express our deepest sadness in the passing of John S. Anderson, Jr., “Jack,” on October 8, 2004. An amazing, dear man with an engaging smile, Jack was a tribute to our profession. He has touched the lives of so many people. Through Audio Enhancement, he was able to combine his vocation with his avocation; his love for hearing-impaired children and education. By amplifying classrooms, Jack improved the lives of countless children and their families. For those wishing to donate in Jack’s memory, his family has established the Jack Anderson Scholarship Fund with donations going to the St. Joseph’s Institute for the Deaf. This fund will be used solely for the needy children at St. Joseph’s, a school which is devoted to teaching deaf children to speak. Jack and Claudia Anderson's children attended St. Joseph's and this is where Jack and Claudia met. Ms. Anderson, all of the children, and St. Joseph's Institute are humbly grateful for any donation that will be made in Jack's name. Please make your contributions to: St. Joseph's Institute for the Deaf In the memo line of your check, please put “Jack Anderson Scholarship Fund.” The envelope should be addressed as follows:
St. Joseph's Institute for the Deaf Sincerely, Janet Krueger SHF President 2004-2005
